I have been a very satisfied customer of Miracle Jewelry Exchange for a few years, & hope to continue for many more years as I have a lot of jewelry dreams to fulfill. I met the owner, Frank when I had a watch battery put in...why pay more than 99 cents for a battery? I was first impressed by Franks' knowledge...and mostly by his patience to show me every piece of jewelry I wanted to look at...EVERY piece. Believe me, they don't do that at Jared's...I loved the idea that I could trade gold for pieces that I wanted AND that I could put them on lay away! AND that I was not being over charged. Not sure how many rings, bracelets, necklaces, gifts and Citizens watches (30%OFF) that I have collected from Miracle...They also have an excellent jeweler for repairs...they do everything! Then I met Frank's wife, Christina whose LOVE of jewelry matched mine. Both Frank & Christina are honest, and a lot of fun. I never feel intimidated by them like I have in other jewelry stores. Once they opened their store in St Lucie West, I had even more inventory to love. I have spent a lot of time in both stores & I am impressed by the way they treat their customers. The jewelry is AFFORDABLE and beautiful. The range of prices mean so much more is available to so many more customers. Sure, I want the $6,800 diamond ring, but there is also a huge selection in my price range too....Even more exciting, I had a Jewelry Party at my home! Invited a few friends, had some food & wine, we all had fun & got to see a big sampling of what Miracle offers. AND, Miracle has a brilliant Jewelry Designer who will design custom pieces for you. I recommend you stop by soon...see for yourself!
Such a great jewelry store! I heard good things about Miracle Jewelry so I wanted to check it out for myself and I'm so glad I did. Christina and Frank, the owners, are so nice and knowledgeable. The jewelry in the store is of great quality. I picked up some really nice pieces. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy anything, like I have in some stores. I plan on returning very soon and bringing some friends with me next time. From now on, this is the only place that I will buy jewelry from.
Love this little shop and the employees!! Came in to get links taken out of my watch and wound up doing many more transactions. Every time was a great experience! I'll never look for jewelry or repairs unless I stop here first!
