Just by looking at the reviews of this place I was skeptical as you could imagine. Quite Contrary once I was inside. I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of David who, in my opinion, went above and beyond to find something that would work for me. Overall, I was surprised with the fact that the price point of Jared's is very similar with other companies that you would find in the mall. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and have no hesitations with writing a 5-star review. With that being said, I will be back again in the future
Shelly and Mike at the Stuart, Fl Jared were AWESOME...I haven't bought an engagement ring in 25 years and everything has change. They both helped me buy educating me first. It took 4 trips to Jared in Stuart (and 6+ other stores) before I was ready to buy.
Do yourself a favor and at least give them a try. You will understand what I an saying.

We bought my fiance's band through Jared's a few months ago, for our October wedding. We decided to go with the Tungsten material, instead of gold, as we were told it was the most solid and durable metal for a ring. It's supposed to be so solid, this material cannot be cut off or even sized. However, the ring rolled off of the counter onto the floor, and broke in half. Now we are two weeks away from our wedding, trying to hurry and find a replacement in the right size. And Jared's is refusing to return the item we purchased as "unbreakable". Very frustrating, as we never would have purchased this if we knew how delicate it actually was.
They help made me want to spend my money with them. Many stores didn't even ask my name let alone listen to what I was looking for....after my first visit, Shelly and Mike knew everything about me and my needs. They made me feel like family. No matter how much I try to look at other stores, I WANTED to go back and buy from Jared. My whole experience was awesome!
A year ago I came in with my fiance and purchased her engagement ring. Since then she has had to get the rhodium refinished several times. When my fiance asked them why the rhodium keeps coming off so quickly them reply that her body releases high amounts PH. Im sure this could be true over a longer period of time but we both find it hard to believe considering her other white gold rings have never had problems with the rhodium.
Went in with a $4,000 budget on earings, but i always check the respect level of the store. After I noticed the female black employee giggling when i mentioned a low budget I quickly decided to leave with my cash. Horrible employee, otherwise good looking store.
