I have always had good dealings with this shop. Friendly, honest and reasonable. Both buying and selling. I would definitely recommend. GREAT jewelry selection!
Stopped in to get an estimate on an item and before I could even explain myself a very young girl interrupted me and demanded my ID then she proceeded to call who I presume is her boss "Steve" into the equation who walked over with his eyes glued to his phone looked at the item once and said we're not interested. Mind you this man ever looked up at me once to acknowledge a human beings presence in front of him and proceeded to assume I was there to sell my item when all I wanted was an estimate. Extremely rude and uneducated faculty. I would recommend the Port St. Lucie location for anyone still interested in a pawn business still run the correct way. I will never return to this establishment due to the lack or respect anybody in the building had. No greeting when you walk in the door, no employees to help you and when they do "help" they look at your item for a minute or 2 without properly researching it and just tell you not interested. If you ever deal with "Steve" just know you have an extremely disrespectful person on your hands. Never returning to this dump of an establishment.
Mr Trull, I am so sorry you had a bad experience at Colorado. We always try to be attentive & helpful, but I guess I may have had a bad day or something. I am "Steve"... Sincerely apologize for my lack of attention to your care. I hope you will come in someday, & give us a try again. I will be more sensitive to how I speak & what I am doing. Thanks for feedback.
Very nice, helpful and friendly. Have a great selection and buy lots of things other places don't.
Its you're average pawn shop. I feel like all the staff in there think they're on the show Pawn Stars. Prices are fair. They don't sell firearms.
