I ordered a sectional and received a completely different sectional and when I arrived at the store to see if I could have the problem corrected and get the correct sectional the salesman that originally sold me the sectional went back and forth with me arguing and said that he only ordered what I asked for, then he got frustrated and said he would get the manager to see if the manager could help me and while he was walking away to do so he blurted out a bunch of curse words. The manager came out to speak to me and told me that he couldn't sell me the couch that I wanted which was on their floor and that if I wanted that he could help me find something different which was not what I wanted. I wanted the original sectional that I ordered. This place treats you like family when you walk in and upon pocketing their sale they fail to do right by their customers. I was really interested in other furniture that they had for future purchases and now I will never go back to this place again. I am now stuck with a $1700 piece of furniture that I don't want and don't like that they don't want to take back so now I'm stuck with it. Make sure that if you buy something from this place that you purchase something from the floor, not something they have to order because if you get the wrong order they will blame you and say that you are the one that ordered this and that we only order what you wanted us to order. READ the FINE PRINT!!!!!!! ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS!!!!! Which my wife and I did not see so now we are screwed!
