Everything from the salesman/manager right down to the delivery was perfect. John M. helped us make the final decisions, went above and beyond with the follow through. The driver and drivers helper were so kind and courteous. We keep coming back because of the attention to detail and the excellent customer service.
Our salesperson was great. Very helpful in showing the type of furniture we were interested in along with making alternative suggestions and sharing observations on design. Never felt pressured to buy; felt cared for.
Was able to shop and look without being followed around and pestered by every salesperson on the floor. That's the one thing I cannot stand about these types of stores. I get that they're eager to make the sales but too much pressure and persistence is a turn off. When I was ready, my salesperson Ginger was there to help. Good experience.
The layout of the store helped me to easily find the perfect tv console for my family room. I was greeted warmly upon entering, and all of the sales professionals I encountered were eager to assist me. We purchased a beautiful console which is very sturdy and obviously built using quality materials. Ginger was one of the first sales professionals we saw, so we let her know when we were ready to purchase. I love the fact that she made sure we knew she was there to help us, but she gave us adequate time and space to look freely. She was awesome, and working with her made us feel even more certain that we had chosen the right store to make this purchase. I highly recommend Ashley Furniture.
