Just purchased a bedroom set and we are ABSOLUTELY THRILLED with our purchase. We met with Lisa Bienz over two visits. (Remember "Lisa B" - as there are two there.) Steve Law also assisted, as I believe he recently joined the team. I would certainly recommend him as well; we just happened to spend more time with Lisa. Both of them were VERY friendly and knowledgeable. Lisa spent extra time making sure our purchase would meet our requirements and expectations and also spent time assisting in picking out our couch that we are purchasing in the next couple of months. No high pressure sales, just EXCEPTIONAL customer service and I would say a LOT of options for everyone there. I would HIGHLY recommend City Furniture and Lisa B!!
I bought a leather sectional couch a little over a year ago and it looks like it is 25 years old. The color actually just comes off for no reason !I am so disappointed in the quality and I called about it week 3 and because I didn't purchase the extended plan , basically there was nothing they can do except offer me a gift card for 100 to some stupid catalog store ??!!I am going to have to throw this couch away and buy a whole new one in this short of time . I am taking pictures and putting up on every site I can . I am disgusted by their customer service and horrible quality .
Went with my wife to pick out a new coffee table and found the perfect one. We were greeted by Lisa and realized this is the 2nd time she has helped up with our furniture purchase. She is very nice, knowledgeable and doesn't pressure you to buy anything you don't want. We will definitely be looking for her the next time we go back for our next purchase!

UPDATE:: They called me and offered me 30% off my NEXT PURCHASE??? Do you honestly think I would purchase from you again? You should be sued for ripping hard working people off for thousands of dollars and not fixing the problem. I paid almost 3000.00 for a couch that has not even lasted 2 years!!! I think the couch should be replaced!! They wont replace it because they know it will happen again and they do not stand behind their products. I STRONGLY suggest not purchasing from CITY Furniture and everyone I speak to will know it. Thank you for nothing.
