Carl's made me a happy person when I purchased my truck from Kess. He made the whole deal easy and quick. We were in and out in about 2 hours including the test drive. Just the kind of car dealer everyone would like. We highly recommend Car's Buick.
Dropped off my 2015 Canyon for warranty paint work. I asked if the body shop could give a quote repair Rock chips in addition to the warranty paint work that needed to be done. I never received a call for the quote so I called the following day and they informed me that they would take care of it under the warranty but when I received the truck back not only did they not paint the hood or the bumper but they also did not tape off the areas in the photos when they scuffed the adjacent panels. When I left the dealer I noticed the check engine light was on and my cruise control doesn't work. After some investigation at home I found they left the mass air flow sensor unplugged. The paint looks good in the repaired area just disappointed in the sloppy work.

I spoke with Daved Benjamin this morning. He seemed understanding and willing to make things right if I am not able to clean up the scratches myself.

I was recently in the market for a new Canyon pickup truck. Upon entering this facility I knew I was in good hands. I was greeted immediately and given the privilege of speaking to Leonard. After a few minutes of consultation on what I wanted out of my new vehicle we were able to narrow my search down to the Canyon of my dreams for an unbeatable price. I was informed that they did not have it in stock though, this proved to be no problem at all as they were able to locate one and trade for it within a day. From initial contact to the finalization of the paper work I was thoroughly impressed with the diligence and professionalism of the entire staff.
