I have done business here several times and the service has been fair in the past, slow but fair. THIS time it was NOT pleasant. There were two staff members at the desk when I walked in. One was busy and the other didn't even acknowledge my presence and continued carrying on a personal conversation with someone in the store. Then finally after a few minutes another woman (should have got her name! she had a very poor attitude!) came forward and began to help me. She was rude and sharp tongued when asking me for the address and zip code. She got upset with me because I didn't spell the business address which began with "CELL PHONE" and got sharp tongued AGAIN when I gave her the suite number and not the "ZIP" code. Very rude. I will not be going here anymore. I will not recommend this place of business to anyone either. Unprofessional staff!
Attempted to charged me $7 to print 3 pages from an email. When I told her it was too much and left the papers, the clerk tried to bully me into paying anyway and cited paper, ink, and labor as justification for the exorbitant amount. When I told her that was insane and began to walk out of the store (again, WITHOUT the papers), she insisted that my actions constitued theft. So I left $0.50 to cover the paper and ink. I immediately called the martin county sheriff's office. The operator and dispatch both confirmed that was NOT theft and that $7 for 3 pieces of paper was ridiculous. I drove to the UPS store where they charged $1.48 for the same job.
I would avoid this place at all costs. This isn't the first unpleasant experience I've had there. But this was the last time I ever use their services. They are huge jerks.
The put the wrong city and state on the shipping label. Now I have a pissed off ebay customer. I understand mistakes happen but I went back and there was a long line so they said just leave it and we will text you the tracking information. After an hour I called back having received another message from my ebay client and the woman got all flustered and actually asked me what I would like to do?!? Have the thing mailed to the proper address and get the tracking number!!
I enjoy going here. The ladies are always friendly and very helpful. They can get quite busy around the holidays but it is a small convenient location so that is expected. They have a great selection of cards and shipping material available.
