They Put a letter under our door threatening to charge $250 for smoking in the room but neither of us smoke , then when we went to the front desk she says a maintenance man smelled smoke when he passed the room? Then she proceeds to say “it’s just a warning”. BUT WE DONT SMOKE! An if we did smoke that ashtray is about 10ft from our door, Perhaps it was smoke coming from the 4ft tall ashtray right outside the side door , the side door that also doesn’t close properly, I also walked in the front door after getting breakfast An there was a different front desk worker, I told them I locked my key in the room an they just made another room key , no questions, no Identification , just here you go , good thing I was telling the truth. l Will never stay here again
Fire alarm went off and no one knew why.
Decent visit. Stayed on the newly renovated 4th. Everything was nice and new. Enjoyed
The Marriott hotel's lobby was very tastefully well done, with plenty of space for eating from their nice selection at the Cafe. Their meeting rooms are spacious and nice. The rooms are a bit small, but have nice decorations. Bathrooms are also pretty good. Overall, I would stay here again with pleasure.
No cold water, the TV had volume problems, when the maintenance person came he had no idea what was wrong with the tv or the water. Also had a hard time understanding him. Floor by the heater was all wet with no explanation.
The hotel was really nice and totally worth the stay. Will be staying there again in the future
