We've bought many products bought through them. It's always good customer service, but this month they went above and beyond. We purchased two sealant products from Sewell's, both of which were supposed to come with a manufacturer warranty. The manufacturer's administrative process was worse than I have ever seen. Sewell's could have left us on our own, but they stuck in there with us and put in about 3 hours of work with the manufacturer by the time we were all done. Phenomenal customer service.
