I called in today to see if my canopy came in today, 7/6/2017. I was on hold for over 17 minutes. A couple associates kept picking up the phone asking "what you waiting for?" I kid you not. These people are very unprofessional. I was on hold this whole time for them to tell me my product will arrive July 10. I was initially told and payed for it to arrive yesterday, 7/5/2017. I do not normally write these kind of reviews but come on. For all I know these "employees" could be a possible deterrent for many customers. I am planning on getting a full refund and heading to either Harbor Freight or Home Depot to get my canopy.

The store layout is awesome! I usually go to the Lowe's I Jensen Beach, but I stopped into this one.. I was working on a bid pricing out materials today and I got approached by an associate that appeared to be having a bad day.. He said "Is there anything I can help you with? If not, I need you out of this aisle asap." I laughed and continued with my bid. If he only knew that I'm responsible for bringing around $20,000/week worth of business to Lowe's rather than the alternative stores he wouldn't have been so rude.

What a shame. nice store. but most of the employees, not all, are from customer service oriented. Many times I ask for help I get an attitude for asking a question. I went in looking for a canopy an associate was helping me said it wasn't in stock check with the person at the register so they can order it. The person at the register got upset that I requested the item on the ad. She snatched the paper from my hand and said i have to order it inside she was unable to help me. I went an found an associate to help me inside the store and he asked me "WHY?" did I come inside when this is an outside item. I told him the associate at the register outside said I have to order it inside because its not their department. The associate I was with just started laughing and said "Unbelievable." When i ordered my item I went to the front to go pay, as i walked to one of the registers the female associate asked me do you need something. I said yes i need to pay for my ordered item. She said there are more registers over there to check out. I said I just want to pay and leave please. She gave me an evil glare and said just go over there and pay. UNBELIEVABLE! .

Anyone in my household will be able to use it too.

Service Manager Anthony brought in my product from a different store.The staff in the evening are much more pleasant than the morning/ day staff.

I've been to this Lowe's 2 or 3 times and I've had similar experiences on weekday late mornings/early afternoons. First the good news- the shelves are well stocked, and the cashier services terrific. On the other hand, I find the store's layout to be choppy and unorganized, and each time it was tough to locate an associate to help me find an item. When I did eventually capture someone, they weren't the most courteous to deal with. Personally, I think I'll stick with Home Depot that's not too far away. There I appreciate all the employee's walking around and offering to help.

Lowe's of Stuart is the worst. They say they're using a third party to deliver their merchandise and they just keep passing the buck and blaming them when promised delivery dates keep passing by and oh they also said they built the wrong grill and that's why it didn't get delivered the third try. When it finally did make it on the truck they missed their promised delivery window so I called and cancelled the order. The delivery manager even admits this is an ongoing problem but they're not doing anything about it. Don't be lured in by the free assembly and free delivery, I'll be happy to spend the extra money if I can get it on time and when promised. Lowe's you should give us the grill for free if you care about your customers. I had to choose one star to get this posted, but they haven't earned one star at all.
