Purchased 3400.00 worth of TV and other items to give away as gifts. AMX approves the purchase. And Best Buy refused the order I guess the were selling so cheep they count deliver. This BS it’s alway a hassell to do business with them. My wife has been on the phone for an hour and they are still all F up. What a way to do business
Unbelievable, went in there to buy a video camera and waited for 20 minutes to find out that nobody was working in that department and nobody can answer any questions in reagards to the specs..... what a joke. If Brandon is the only one that can answer my question....the guy never popped up that's pretty sad as the store wasn't even busy, And they lost out on $850 sale?
The Kindle display didn't work and the employee could care less. She did not know much about the products. I went and stood in line at customer service. They suggested that I buy the products I was interested in and return the ones I didn't like.
