Very bad experience here!
The best there is. I ordered my car battery on line last night and received an e-mail a few minutes telling me the battery was ready for pick up. I went there this morning and they installed it for me. The people here are courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Installer was pleasant and friendly even working in sunlight and100 degree heat. Highly recommend this business.

I took my Apple I-Phone 6 here for a new battery because the Apple store at the Gardens Mall is closed for renovations. My phone had the original battery and had never been opened. The day after B&B worked on my phone, I realized the front of the phone was not on tightly. I took the phone back to them, and the woman said, "No wonder, there are no screws in place." The man who did the work barely acknowledged that he had worked on the phone. Then they told me the screws would not stay in because my phone was broken, although they never told me there was anything wrong with my phone before they worked on it. If there were no screws in my phone when they opened it up, wouldn't they have told me while I was waiting there for the work to be done? If my phone was "broken" when they opened it up, wouldn't they have told me? They said I must have dropped the phone, but my phone was fine when I brought it in to them.
Ordered car battery online, received order confirmation along with expected delivery date.
I will never set foot in there again, and I will tell everyone I know to stay away.
