Horrible grooming skills! I spent 15 mins explaining what I wanted and it was super easy. I picked up my dog and he was almost bald! Never again! And they charged me $52 for it!
I,as well as my puppy thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Jodi &Anne @ PS today.My baby will be starting her 18 wk long puppy training classes this Wknd.My hope is to get her licenses as a "Therapy Dog",so that we can go work w/ kids that have Cancer,& w/ the Elderly. I think Cherry would Love that,as would I! A Beautiful way to contribute "OUR LOVE" TO OUR COMMUNITY!! GREAT EXPERIENCE TODAY!
Everytime I come here, no one seems to know very much about what is going on. Staff is very friendly, however it's not the helpful friendly. I can almost never get the assistance I need. Very frustrating when all I need is crickets. The bags are always short crickets and no one can ever find the person that is supposed to be in that dept. Walked out today after being told by management she would send someone right over. I stood and waited for 5 minutes and then decided I was going to wait anymore and left. I will not return to this location.
Worst service ever! 5 different employees doing nothing were too lazy to help. Each one pointed me away and refused to help me
Went out of our way to go there because I had a $10 coupon. Didn’t know the food the Vet suggested needs a script. Checkout said the back would provide script. Yes indeed, if you have a checkup with their vet. Needless to say we were unable to purchase food!
