My roof was originally completed in August 2015 by a previous owner. I recently noticed an issue with drainage from my roof causing the dry wall to disintegrate. I am happy to say that after speaking with Bonnie, she told me the roofers were at my house fixing the damaged portions of my roof and the repairs were being covered under the orginal warranty. I was so thankful to Bonnie for going out of her way to reach me and to give me the good news. I would definitly recommend Total Roofing Systems Specialists to anyone needing a new roof or repairs.
Not a happy person. Good thing I didn't get a response after I accepted their bid, as in the interim I had a really great experience with Whiting Roofing. What happened with honesty and integrity in business?? Total Roofing is a total scam!!
From my first call until my last, Total Roofing was a pleasure to deal with. I had been out of town and came back to find a severe leak in my roof. I called several companies. I got several several estimates. Although TRSS was not the cheapest or the priciest, they offered to work on my repair very quickly--within days. Not finish, but get it water tight. I could live with that! I also appreciated their prompt return of my calls, they showed up when they said they would, they explained everything to me, were patient with my endless questions and they offered to stand behind the work they performed with a guarantee. Professional, polite and they left my property clean--as I had been promised.
Awesome job well done and quickly and cleanly. Went the extra mile to pay attention to detail. My roof was leaking in many spots. They took photos to show me the water damage and quickly repaired it.
