Food was outstanding. Service was efficient and courteous. Fun shopping in store. Wait was bit long. However, it was Thanksgiving.
We ordered a Thanksgiving meal for six adults and were assured it would fill 6 adults with food to spare! We drove 45 minutes and went INSIDE to pick up our food. We were handed 1 bag of food and the contents were sufficient for 3 adults. It was ridiculous. Then the man at the register asked for a tip!! We paid $70 for a meal for 6 and received a meal for 3, unless you like the small budget banquet tv dinner size meals. Then you ask your disappointed WALK IN customers for even more money? Poor portions and staff! Would like to leave no stars.
Can't go wrong with Cracker Barrel. Good homestyle food, and all day breakfast. It's a family vacation staple the last 25 years. Lots of good memories.
I come here with my grandparents almost every week and they always have excellent service! Today we came in for my brothers birthday and our waitress Cheyrce and the manager were amazing and we had a great family birthday dinner. Thank you so much guys!!!!
I have loved Cracker Barrel since I was a child. The food is great and the service is always so friendly. But lately, the quality of meat has really gone downhill! I ordered sausage patties and this is what I got... It's red, I've never had red sausage before, is it turkey sausage maybe? Either way, it tastes awful. And it came with a splash of mystery sauce that I'm really hoping is gravy! Last time I dined in and ordered a ham steak that was sour and spoiled. My mom also had pork that was spoiled and stunk... I would come here for fried okra alone but please get it together Cracker Barrel!!
