Always has a great deal
Clean store, good selection. Usually cheaper than Petsmart and Petco.
Overspriced food and poor husbandry in the enclosures. Normal for all chain pet stores.
Very friendly courteous employees. Most of the employees have a fair understanding of the pets and products they have. The store as a whole is clean and well kept. Fish selection is poor and tanks are not well maintained in my opinion. If you are lucky you may find a healthy fish. Freezer for frozen fish food has been broken for over a month. Weekly and monthly specials are very inviting. Teachers, military and over 55 get discounts on certain days of the month. I make it a point to visit at least once a month but I keep my expectations low for this store for anything other than equipment or supplies. The attitude of the employees is the deciding factor of my return visits.
