I loved the service here! Since the moment I called to ask about the units all through the training me of signing my paperwork. Doreen is such an amazing staff member and human being. She followed up with everything and made me feel super comfortable with my decision. Thank you Doreen, who would've known that renting storage would ever be such a wonderful experience.
Went in today and Doreen and Katie were both very nice. Doreen made the process simple and it was not very time consuming, which is always nice with a 2 year old in tow! Just a little heads up for future customers, you have to buy a lock there, as they are specifically designed for the units. Great experience, and I look forward to moving stuff into my new storage unit.
This facility was amazing. Spotless from the parking lot to the restroom. Katie and Doreen were so friendly and informative. They helped me select a unit size, which turned out perfect.
