I took a brand new suit to be cleaned and saw the pants cuff to size 31 L. They didn't do anything. They charged me $35.00. Nasty young girls working in that place. They don't follow instructions. Don't bring any of your clothes there. You will regreted.
My daughter and I use this cleaners , we have an account with them , they always take care of us ! Ali & Ashley are just great ! Never a problem with our garments , we travel months at a time and don't have to worry about our garnments. Highly recommended
This Martin County cleaners is absolutely a cleaners I have recommend to all my family and friends , my clothes always come back pressed and freshly scented the service is great I don't even have to step out they go the car get my card or cash and I'll be done in 5 minutes . Not to mention the 10% given to all Martin County customers .The location is in a great place with the city lights and a town view . I personally will always be a proud Customer of the Martin County Cleaners .
I've never posted a review before but the terrible quality and poor customer service has compelled me. Not only did they ruin a $200 dress, they tried to play it off as if I brought it in that way and when they finally admitted to the damage the response was, "this material shouldn't be dry cleaned so we washed it. I will give you $40 for the stress because that is what I feel the value is." If you're going to put out poor quality of work, please have the decency to make it right. I will never be back.
