Called looking for health insurance. Got the health policy. So far, so good. However, turns out the agent also signed me up for an additional policy to which I did not agree. Unfortunately, I did not discover this unauthorized policy until months later while reviewing unusual charges on my credit card statement. Now I am out $384.09 for policy premium charges on a policy I never authorized. I have cancelled the policy directly with the insurance company. I have heard nothing from the agent for the last 7 months and so far my telephone and email inquiries on this unauthorized policy and unauthorized charges have not gotten any response. Conclusion from my experience==>>Buyer beware and review your bank/credit card charges closely and timely.
I have never written a review about a company but thier service was horrible. In the past, I referred many of my clients to them as well as all my family members. Fiorella will no longer receive anymore referrals from me.
Billy Owens is a very impressive staff member. We were in for a review of our insurance plans and he joined us and quickly made suggestions on various ways in which to ensure we had sufficient coverage on our home and contents. He also explained various car insurance options and is working out suggestions for us that will improve all our coverages. Great customer service with follow through.
ASK FOR JO MOORE!!! I am an independent college student, trying to get healthcare for the first time. The first woman I talked to pressured me into giving my credit card info over while exaggerating my income info and misleading me into accepting additional charges. That being said, when I called back to cancel this, I spoke with Jo who treated me like a person, not as a source for commission. She explained everything in detail to me and helped me to figure out the right plan for me and what I didn't need. Thank you so much for your integrity!

Had Fiorella Insurance for over 6 years. When buying a new house this year, I went straight to them. I thought I was still dealing with a local company out of Stuart who has been friendly in the past. We were transferred to a rep in south FL, was told that she had me covered for the insurance I wanted even with my past claim history (that I explained fully.) A couple days prior to my home closing she completely acted as if we never had a conversation and then quotes me for a policy $700 higher than her initial quote. Again, I tried calling the Stuart office and spoke to someone but the name of Elise, and explained that I felt I had been bait and switched and she said a manager wasn't available. I said that I have been with the company for a long time due to the local and excellent service I received in the past, and Elise replied "This is the 21st century " and then she disconnected my call with her.
