I went to Shangri-la spa for Massage, Facial and a pedicure. The ambience was good. The Pedicure service was good.
(CORRECTION: It seems the employee i mentioned is actually the owner. Wow. I hope no one trusts this woman with their well-being ever again. First she hits someone and drives away, then she assaults a cop and tries to resist arrest . . . and her language was reprehensible too.)
The massage was good however, the facial was unsatisfactory. The lady who gave the facial wore gloves and that felt very uncomfortable. I asked her about it and she mentioned that she wears it all the time since washing hands often dries her hands. That response and the facial was unsatisfactory. Other than that, the front office staff was really nice
Good massage. Also steam room and sauna.

I was here one day and a police officer came in for one of the employees who had apparently just committed a hit a run. She resisted the officer, started insulting him, punching him and kicking him. Eventually they had to taser her so she would stop fighting. Now i understand she is still employed here after all that? Thats not acceptable at all
Do not go here!!! Worst spa I have ever been to! Rude, incompetent and inconsiderate staff. They will surely go out of business soon as they have changed their name and locations at LEAST 6 times in less than 10 years. I will NEVER go back! Horrible experience when I was looking for some much needed relaxation I was refused service because they made a mistake on their schedule and blamed me. Horrible staff and terrible treatment.
