I was very pleased with the quality and great customer service. I ordered a floral arrangement for get-well wishes for a co-worker and was super pleased with the overall experience. The recipient called to tell me how beautiful they were when they arrived and then again a week later to tell me they still looked great! I have also used the event planning portion of the business in the past and I can say that their attention to detail is fantastic! I highly recommend this business.
I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday over the phone with Lisa and just felt I had to post a review after speaking with her. I had trouble using the website (why I went with 4 stars rather than 5) and had to call the next day to place my order. I live in Pennsylvania and was hesitant about ordering over the phone because I couldn't see what I was ordering but Lisa was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I could only remember one of the descriptors for the bouquet I previously saw online and liked and she immediately knew the exact bouquet I was referring to. She gave me a three hour delivery time estimate and insured me they would call my mom before delivering so they wouldn't sit outside and wilt in the hot Florida sun. I'm happy to say my mom received her gifts with no issues whatsoever. I'm also glad I opted for the chocolate covered oreos to be delivered alongside the flowers. My mom sent a picture and they are gold wrapped and according to her, absolutely delicious! Truly, my experience with Lisa made the whole process a breeze and she was so lovely I could've spent an hour with her on the phone. If the other employees there are anything like her then I would definitely place my confidence in this establishment. Lisa, thank you for making my mom's birthday so special!
