NEVER AGAIN! First time there today, purchased the full $18 package. Was excited to pull up and staff started prepping my vehicle for a good cleaning. I went thru the works and since it wasn’t completely dry I pulled around after for the free vacuum and dry a bit. Purchased two drying cloths for the trim and wheel rims. I was shocked my under door panels were completely dirty, they had brush marks but noticeably dirty. I asked the attendant to take a look as I cleaned it myself he stood there not saying much. I explained that I paid $18 and why would I want to return. He mumbled an apology and said he could run another “rinse” and look into adjusting the rollers. Never again don’t waste your money!
I've been a Bubbles' Member for nearly a year now. I've taken both my high-line vehicle and everyday driver to the Stuart operation. I've only experienced the kindest of service and cleanest of vehicles when driving off. I would recommend Bubbles to anyone. Especially those that live a hectic life, yet don't have the time to keep their vehicles as clean as desired! Thank you to the great team for delivering everytime! Eric - Stuart.
I drove by this place and the $6.00 sign out front got my eye. As soon as you drive in there is a automated paying machine, I picked the most expensive wash $18.00 . The first thing the worker said to me was that I would loose my bug deflector from my hood. He told me That I should have taken the less expensive wash for $15.00 this one doesn't use the huge roller to dry the car. They adjusted the machine to the lower price wash but didn't refund me the difference saying that I had paid to the machine. The car came out very clean except for the rear door (Cadillac escalade) the machine didn't wash any of the rear not happy with this wash.
I cannot speak highly enough! What a fabulous experience! Unfortunately a crab decided to die in my engine really stinking up my car! The manager Johnson went above and beyond the call of duty! If you want excellent service, I recommend visiting! I'll definitely go back!
